HOOD MEDITATIONS: MANIFESTING A LICK

A sold-out film premiere built around storytelling, conversation, and community.

For the Brooklyn premiere of Hood Meditations: Manifesting A Lick, FYHA created an audience experience that extended far beyond the screening itself.

Hosted at Stuart Cinema & Café, the event brought audiences together around an unconventional story told through film, spoken word, comedy, and social commentary. The screening was complemented by audience engagement, conversation, giveaways, and interactive moments designed to turn spectators into active participants in the experience.

The result was not simply a film premiere—it was a gathering built around story.
